What do you do when you are awakened at twenty past seven in the hammer drill of the neighbors?
Exactly, to bake for the first time a couple of waffles.

I have the egg white of an egg beaten stiff, 200 g flour, 200 ml milk, 75 g sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar, two teaspoons of baking powder mixed, and of course the egg yolks and then folded in the egg white.
